Best Auto Repair Service
Easily the best auto repair place I've been too thus far. Incredibly helpful, funny, and knowledgeable mechanics. They fixed my car in a day right before thanksgiving and explained every single thing they did with the car in great detail. John was the person I talked with the most, and wow you can tell how much care and passion he has for the business. 2 other shops couldn't diagnose my car but M and D did super fast. Was recommended by my regular mechanic to M&D as they specialize in Mercedes Benz. Had a exceedingly professional initial conversation with John I believe. What impressed me the most other then it's a family business since 1978 I think was the detailed email going over what's right and what's wrong with my car. My power steering went on my car. I called AAA to get it towed to the shop that just worked on my car. Joe from M&D came to tow my car. Joe has also towed my car in past when I had a flat tire and spare was flat too.Joe was very personable and even took the time to explain what was wrong. He found the broken belt and explained the cause and effect.So now I know what to expect for repairs!

I knew nothing about cars, and bought a '92 Volvo 240 (I know, I know); the previous owner said it probably needed a new transmission. I chose MD because I sent e-mails to several auto-repair shops with good reviews and this was the only place that responded promptly via e-mail. I brought it to MD, and they did a thorough workup and kept me in the loop with calls and e-mails--there were no surprise charges, I understood what was happening at every turn, and whenever I called they were polite, responsive and helpful in explaining what was going on with the old girl. In the end, she needed a lot more than a new transmission, but these guys got her running well and were so pleasant to deal with, and I feel like I can and will go to them with any more issues.

I damaged my axle in the snow recently, MD Auto towed me, and their shop completely rejuvenated my 2012 Honda Accord w/ 140k miles on it.I just drove it down to Jersey and back, zero issues.They're honest, upfront, and their mechanics do great work.Highly recommend!
